This resource contains physical literacy and FUNdamental Movement Skills games and activities for children ages 6-12 in a recreation or community program setting.
Activities are organized by fundamental movement skills and include the equipment, instructions, variations, progressions, and sample teaching points or questions for understanding.
We suggest that leaders take the MOVE to Play training to learn how to deliver and adapt physical literacy activities in their setting. This is part of a larger MOVE to Play initiative that aims to increase quality physical literacy and sport opportunities in every B.C. community.
