Interested in driving culture change in your sport organization? Join us on February 22 to hear about real-life, recent successes from BC Artistic Swimming's EVOLVE project.

In 2017, BC Artistic Swimming began consulting with its members to better understand the culture of artistic swimming in BC gathering information about the good, bad, and ugly sides of our sport. In early 2020, BCAS launched EVOLVE – an innovative project focused on shifting the culture of artistic swimming in BC to create a healthier space for children and youth to grow up, for people to swim, work, and volunteer, and one that is collaborative, inclusive, and self-reflective. Two years and a global pandemic later, the funded component of the project has ended, and its evaluation shows that the organization and sport are on the right path for meaningful change. Join BC Artistic Swimming Executive Director, Jennifer Keith, as she shares the EVOLVE journey and project findings with BC’s sport sector.

This webinar is open to anyone who is curious about culture change in their sport organizations, from volunteer level to board member.
