NCCP Core Training for Coach Evaluators (Online Delivery)

Course description:

This is a live, facilitator-led, interactive, group-based course offered online through Zoom. To participate in an Online Delivery course, you must have a working camera, microphone and speakers as well as reliable access to the internet (Dial-up or High Speed).

Core Training for Evaluators is required workshop for Evaluator candidates. The workshop focuses on the evaluation principles and processes that Evaluators need to follow when evaluating coaches.

Those who take this training will receive credit for the following modules on their NCCP transcript:

• Overview of the NCCP
• The Certification Process
• Learning to Debrief
• Action Planning

Please note: The course workbook will be provided to coaches in advance of the course as a PDF File. Coaches must be prepared to print the workbook to bring with them, or be able to work from an electronic copy in class.

Please note that this course takes place over 2 evenings. Coach Developers must attend the full duration of this workshop to receive credit for their participation.
