Coaches Corner Lunch and Learn: Implementing Safe Sport

Our friends at PacificSport Interior are hosting a Coaches' Corner Lunch and Learn: Implementing Safe Sport.

We are thrilled to have Andrea Wooles, Manager of Safe Sport from viaSport, joining us this month for a virtual edition of Coaches Corner Lunch and Learn! From coaches, athletes, administrators to officials, the system has a duty of care to protect everyone. Safe sport is about continuous improvement and best practice, not surveillance. This goal of this session is to open up conversations with coaches and sport administrators about safe sport, a topic that can often feel overwhelming. One of Andrea's areas of focus is making sure that the complaints process supports both the complainant and the respondent. Be sure to bring lots of questions as this is sure to be an engaging conversation!
