The BC Sport Sector is comprised of hundreds of organizations, from municipalities and local clubs, to college and universities, to PSOs, DSOs, and Regional Centres. This roadmap is intended to be the first point of entry, designed to help organizations figure out where they are in the sport sector, and then help steer each type of organization towards available funding.

By working through these questions, we can help link organizations to the appropriate viaSport resources and help our partners deliver their sport, event, or program. This roadmap will direct each organization to the most relevant information for their organization and is particularly useful in determining funding eligibility.

(Note: if your sport is governed by the BC Athletic Commission, their approval will be required before you can proceed with the viaSport recognition process.)
